We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help enhance our firm's visibility, client relationships, and business development efforts.  Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our firm's marketing and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the legal industry and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.  This is an in-office position, with 4-5 days in-office required.

 Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content CreationDevelop and maintain engaging content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and marketing materialsCoordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters to clients and prospectsAssist with SEO optimization and website content updatesEvent Planning & Client RelationsPlan and execute client events, seminars, and networking functionsCoordinate speaking engagements and conference participation for attorneysManage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materialsSupport client development activities and relationship-building initiativesMarketing CommunicationsCreate and design marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and practice area materialsDraft and distribute press releases and firm announcementsMaintain and update attorney biographies and practice area descriptionsBusiness Development SupportAssist attorneys with proposal development and pitch materials, including responses to requests for proposalsConduct market research and competitive analysisTrack and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performanceSupport new business development initiatives and client outreach effortsAdministrative & Strategic SupportMaintain marketing databases and contact listsSupport firm branding consistency across all materials and platformsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field2-3 years minimum of marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environmentStrong understanding of legal industry dynamics and attorney-client relationshipsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CMS)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with CRM systems and marketing automation toolsExperience with HubSpot preferred Preferred QualificationsB.
