Job Description:

In this role, the Clinical Support Specialist has the responsibility to work cooperatively with other administrative and clinical staff members to manage client communication and staffing needs, whether on the phone or in person. This position has oversight of all processes involving client records from data entry to release of information to archiving as well as assisting with staff scheduling needs. Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, 9: 00 am - 5: 00 pm (flexible scheduling)Location: Exton, PAProgram: Crisis InterventionJob Functions:

Responsible for greeting all center visitorsResponsible for checking patients into their appointmentsResponsible for collecting copayments from patients after their appointmentsResponsible for scheduling follow-up appointmentsResponsible for providing coverage to receptionist staff, as neededResponsible for all client business mailingsAssisting with staff scheduling needs Minimum Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: One year of experience in a medical or mental health care office setting or other professional business office setting, including customer service and data entry within the human services fieldLicensure/Certifications: None RequiredClearances:

Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal clearance, and verification that the employee is not on any Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion listNote: At the discretion of the Personnel Officer, additional related experience and/or education may be substituted instead of the requirements specified under Education and ExperienceWhat’s in it for you?
