GorryWell also serves Gorry Gourmet healthy food packages for consumers and B2B partners. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Holistic Nutritionist and Quality Control in Jakarta. The Holistic Nutritionist will be responsible for providing comprehensive nutritional assessments, food menu development, developing personalized nutrition plans, conducting QHSE and ISO practices, and collaborating with other kitchen personnel in Gorry Gourmet to promote good quality food to customers. Day-to-day tasks will include:Develop patient (customer) menus according to their individual medical conditions, and participate in the preparation of menus for B2B clients and project menus based on specifications coordinated with the Sales Team.Ensure the quality of menus and SLA delivery, including monitoring the menu packaging process and making sure that each customer/patient receives meals that match their specific needs or package requirements.Ensure the implementation of HACCP, ISO, and QHSE practices within the kitchen environment.Maintain proper documentation of menu recipes and other relevant QHSE support documents.QualificationsExpertise in Holistic Nutrition and General NutritionProficiency in Nutrition Education and Health & Wellness knowledgeStrong Communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications in nutrition or health-related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related fieldExperience in hospital is an advantage
