Körber AG is the holding company of the Körber Group.Your Role in Our TeamIn this key position, you will drive the cross-location introduction, support, and further development of our holistic production system based on the Integrated Work System (IWS) at Körber Technologies. You will play a decisive role in ensuring the systematic application and sustainable implementation of IWS principles across our operations. You will collaborate closely with order management, production, logistics, procurement, and other departments to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the cross-location rollout and support of the holistic production system (IWS)Provide expert guidance on the systematic application and ongoing development of IWS methods and toolsEnsure the sustainable implementation of IWS principles and standards at all relevant sitesConduct training, workshops, and coaching sessions for employees and managers to strengthen IWS capabilitiesAnalyze operational challenges and develop targeted improvement initiatives in line with IWSAct as a key interface for cross-functional projects in the area of production system excellencePrepare decision-making documents, presentations, and management dashboards for IWS topicsYour ProfileUniversity degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable fieldExtensive and in-depth experience (at least 5 years) in the field of IWS and its successful, sustainable implementationStrong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approachHigh level of self-motivation, organizational talent, and implementation strengthExcellent communication skills in English (mandatory); German and Hungarian are a plusPassion for production systems, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaborationOur Recruitment TeamFor further questions please contact us via toborzas.hungaria@koerber.hu
