Position: Marketing Coordinator for Holland & Sherry & Elizabeth EakinsLocation: New York (on-site) with travel 2 days per week to Norwalk, CTType: Full-timeReports to: Marketing DirectorAbout the Role: As the Marketing Coordinator for Elizabeth Eakins and Holland & Sherry, you will increase the companies’ marketing efficiency by creating and implementing best-in-class marketing materials and driving process improvements. This role requires high energy, collaboration skills, and experience with digital marketing and content creation. This role works with the Marketing Department at the Holland & Sherry New York office three days per week and reports to the Creative Director at Elizabeth Eakins two days per week.
This is a full-time position based in our New York office, with travel required two (2) days per week to our Norwalk, CT studio. Commuting costs will be reimbursed. About You: You are an accomplished marketing guru with a history of working collaboratively across teams to produce next-level marketing materials. You are detail-oriented and focused, you have great prioritization skills, and you can work on multiple projects at once. You are comfortable using Mailchimp, Photoshop, WordPress, Later, and Excel. You are excited about learning how to use new software platforms if needed. Job Duties:
Create content for digital channels including email, Instagram, and website with the goal of informing, educating, and inspiring sales teams and prospective clientsCreate marketing assets in PhotoshopCreate consistent product tear sheets across all product categoriesExecute website updatesWork with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director to implement marketing strategies across our tech stackMonitor ongoing trends in interior design in both traditional and digital media outletsUpdate product source guides and facilitate additional product photographyMaintain and organize digital assets (documents, photography, videography, etc. ) to ensure efficient retrieval and recordkeepingCommunicate with our photographer(s) to plan and execute product photoshootsRequirements:
A creative individual who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong internal and external collaboration and relationship building skillsA track record in implementing effective marketing strategiesDetail-oriented self-starterExperience using Photoshop and Illustrator (or other graphic design and photo editing software)Willingness to work in-office 5 days per week – three days per week in the New York City office and two days per week in the Norwalk, CT StudioPreferred Criteria: Familiarity with interior design/architecture industryExperience with planning and executing photoshootsExperience with Mailchimp, WordPress, Later, and ExcelExperience with project managementAbout Our Company:
