IT ManagerWe are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage our organization’s IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft services, network management, and general IT support. This role involves maintaining smooth day-to-day IT operations, managing hardware/software assets, and ensuring the security and reliability of our IT environment. ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft Services Management: Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, etc.

)Oversee user account provisioning and access control via Azure Active DirectoryEnsure security, compliance, and governance settings are effectively implemented in the Microsoft ecosystemSupport Microsoft licensing, renewals, and deployment strategiesNetwork & Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain the company’s local and cloud network infrastructureManage firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networksWork with third-party vendors to ensure high uptime and network reliabilityTroubleshoot and resolve network performance issues and outagesImplement and manage IT security tools (antivirus, encryption, endpoint protection, etc. )General IT Support:

Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices for employeesProvide Level 1 and 2 IT support for staff – remote and onsiteMaintain IT asset inventory and oversee procurement and lifecycle managementManage backups, disaster recovery, and system availability protocolsDocument IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guidesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of IT experience Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related servicesProficient in network troubleshooting and configuration (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN)Familiarity with IT security best practices and toolsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities independentlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth insurance and other benefits25 days annual leave plus National HolidaysEnhanced Maternity and Paternity LeaveOpportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic environmentA supportive and collaborative team environment.
