Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and supporting individuals to engage with their local environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and support to clients in the communityAssist with daily activities such as meal preparation, mobility, and household tasksHelp clients access services and participate in social and recreational activitiesEnsure that client’s needs are met with dignity and respectFollow care plans and maintain accurate recordsAbout YouWe are looking for individuals who are based locally in Fairy Meadow & Surrounding Suburbs and are available for flexible hours. The ideal candidate will possess:Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent)Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to complete)First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)Valid Australian driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicleCOVID-19 vaccination (as required by health regulations)Australian work rightsAvailability to work flexible hoursCompassionate, reliable and proactiveA great communicator and active listenerSomeone who takes initiative and works well independentlyComfortable travelling to multiple clients' homes in Fairy Meadow & Surrounding Suburbs for shorter shifts.What We OfferCasual role with flexible hours (2–3 days/week)Hourly pay: $38.91 – $44.96 + penaltiesSupportive, close-knit team environmentWork close to homeRewarding work that directly impacts people's livesReady to Apply?
