Our clients need carers who can be available between 6am–6pm and overnight. Flexibility is essential.We’re also looking for Support Workers in Oak Flats and Nowra. Experience or skills supporting clients with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) or Autism Spectrum Disorder will be highly regarded. Other languages will be an asset!Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.Reliable way to get to and from the client's homes.Must possess own vehicle for transportation to client homes.Drivers with their own vehicle will be an assetExperience in home care or community support (highly regarded)Strong digital skills — AlayaCare and Google Apps experience highly soughtMandatory RequirementsMinimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or extensive industry experienceCandidates without Cert III qualification must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years extensive industry experience.National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector)Working With Children CheckNDIS Worker Orientation Module CompletionNDIS Worker Screener Clearance
