Home Site Supervisor – Lawnton | $38.85/hr + salary sacrificingDementia and complex behaviour experience required to support clients in SIL homes.Lead staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure person-centred care and accurate documentation.As the Home Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our clients with various disabilities. As a dynamic leader, you will guide and inspire a dedicated team of support workers to deliver person-cantered care within our residential Supported Independent Living Home service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, roster scheduling, coordinating individualised care plans, and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers both team members and our much-loved clients.Duties Will IncludeSupporting the financial performance of the home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget.Ensuring team member awareness of each individual clients requirements.Providing support that aligned to the person’s plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment is provided.Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.What You Can Bring To The TeamA Certificate III/ Diploma in Individual Support will be highly regardedHold or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), First Aid, CPR, National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work), and an open Drivers License with comprehensive insurance on your vehicle. Experience in the Disability and Aged Care sector, including supporting individuals with complex behaviours and living with dementia, is essential.
