Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Homeroom Teacher at International Village of Early Years Preschool. The Homeroom Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training. They will create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students, facilitate classroom activities, provide guidance and support, and maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Qualifications Experience in lesson planning, education, and teachingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively engage and motivate studentsTraining and professional development experienceExperience working with young children and understanding their developmental needsAdaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational environmentBachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
