We’re now looking for a motivated and detail-focused Finance Assistant to work closely with our Finance Manager, supporting our central operations and gaining hands-on experience across the full finance function.

Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements on XeroPreparing and sending customer invoices; liaising with Local AuthoritiesSupporting payroll for 130+ staff with timesheet and data managementHelping with monthly reporting, analysis, and financial insightsManaging fleet compliance, council tax for our property portfolio, and petty cashSupporting ad hoc finance and office duties as needed✅ What we’re looking for: AAT Qualified or similiarProven experience in accounts, payroll experience preferredStrong skills in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), Xero experience preferredSuper-organised, detail-driven, and ready to learnA great team player who wants to grow with a company that makes a difference💬 Interview details:
