Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a Service Operations Lead to join us at Honeywell, in Asker, where you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the business, managing a team of support staff responsible for invoicing, service management, system admin and dispatching/coordination of engineers. You will work closely with internal IT teams and wider field service engineering team to ensure support systems are operational and when required work with IT to resolve root cause iusses used by teams across the business. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office and 2 days remote model.

ResponsibilitiesTrain and coach best practice on Honeywell processes and use of tools and systems across the Field service Leaders and engineering teams whilst implementing best practice standards across the team.
Assisting with the introduction of new tools and being the initial contact point for their deployment across the Norway business. Working closely with the UK and Nordics Operations Leader to ensure the business is working towards the regional Honeywell service business goals. Utilise the system tools and KPI dashboards to understand areas for improvement across the business and to drive the teams to achieve that improvement. Leading and managing the local support and administration team base din the regional office.
