A PAS Project Manager is responsible for projects business growth through delivery and execution of solutions in compliance with customer specifications and contractual agreements, leading a cross functional team to ensure successful on time and on budget projects completion, managing project scope and change, and reporting the current and future performance of all assigned projects. Key responsibilities include daily engagement and teaming with customers, project team members, sales and marketing, project operations, factories, and management to ensure customer satisfaction, excellence in delivery, overall project performance, and accurate forecasting and reporting for all assigned projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish professional relationships with customers that is consistent with Honeywell values to ensure customer satisfaction. Drive the Honeywell safety culture through demonstrated understanding, commitment and action supporting the organization’s safety and environmental requirements/regulations and ensure project engineers observe and operate both Honeywell and customer safe systems of work, complying with all legislation. Manage the interest of all stakeholders (customer, Honeywell, suppliers, etc) in the project.

Manage assigned control systems projects to appropriate Global Project Management (GPM), Global Project Engineering (GPE), and ISO procedures to ensure scope is delivered on time, on budget and with high customer satisfaction. Manage all internal stakeholder involved with assigned projects. Control projects within required performance criteria (cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction etc. ). Work and lead sales pursuits, where appropriate, with sales to manage scope and promote and deliver project change orders, Upsells as appropriate. Follow all internal Honeywell processes for reporting project progress and accurate revenue and margin forecasts to management.

This includes monthly project reviews as appropriate on percent of complete (POC) projects and ensure performance to forecast. Be responsible for billing the customer as per the contract and to ensure all payments are collected in a timely fashion. Provide direction to assigned personnel to work on project scope. Expected span of control 1-4 personnel assigned to project scope. Typically assigned to a country, may support projects outside country based on skills & expertise. Travel is required to meet customers and project team members. Perform other duties, as directed, such as discharging appropriate lead role responsibilities on the project.

Ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationshipsProven ability to develop and lead a teamDegree in engineering or equivalent technical experience. 10+ yearsrelevant PM experience. Capacity to deliver against multiple objectivesProven track record in professional project management or senior engineering role and delivery of large scale, technology-based projects to the process industries. Leadership experience in a professional engineering environmentProject Management Institute professional (PMP) accreditation would be preferred but is not mandatory.
