Education Officer

Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity. hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I. T. ) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

ResponsibilitiesMaintain relationships with stakeholders, facilitating the development of technology and educational partnerships;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement educational content that meets the diverse needs of our user base;Development of innovative education services that align with the company's strategic direction towards integrating AI and digital learning;To achieve company KPIs by implementing projects and providing services to EdCity users;Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in any disciplines or equivalent;Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in EdTech and project coordination;Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications is advantageous;Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English;Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
