Job DescriptionHKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Project Officer: Supporting the Head of Green Labelling to manage the ECF-funded project – Green Building Education and Capacity Building Programmes (ECF Project). To plan and implement the ECF Project activities including:
Launching ceremony including event management, placing of advertorials and advertising using social mediaPromotion talks at tertiary education institutesProduction of career promotion videosGreen building foundation certificate courseMicro-credential topical short coursesGreen building toursTo administer surveys to measure the effectiveness of the programmesTo compile reports for reporting progress to the ECF fundRequirementsA good University degree in a relevant subjectAt least 4 years’ proven experience in organising similar activities.
Experience in supervision of subordinates is preferablePrevious experience in video and graphic processing would be an advantagePrevious experience in ECF or similar environmental programmes would be an advantageOutreaching personality and good interpersonal skillsGood command of English and ChineseHow To ApplyThe Council is an equal opportunity employer and offers attractive career prospects and remuneration to our staff.
