Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences across our digital products. This role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to bring user-centered design solutions to life. The UX Designer will help translate business goals and user needs into seamless experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities: User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user behaviors and needsWireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction and design ideasDesign System Contribution:
Help maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpointsCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business objectivesInformation Architecture: Organize and structure content and workflows to optimize usability and navigationUsability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on findingsAccessibility Standards: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practicesContinuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our productsRequired Skills/Abilities:
Advanced English proficiencyStrong portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approachesProficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practicesExperience with conducting user research and applying insights to design decisionsAbility to present and communicate design decisions effectivelyFamiliarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plusExperience in eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products preferredLove of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plusEducation and Experience:
