This role is ideal for someone who combines medical or biological knowledge with a genuine passion for women's health and excellent communication skills.You’ll provide empathetic, clear, and medically accurate support to customers using Mira’s products and services, covering fertility, cycle health, perimenopause, hormone levels, and more.If you're excited about supporting people through real hormonal challenges and making an impact in femtech, we'd love to meet you!RequirementsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Biology, or another health science.2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a healthcare, wellness, or digital health company.Strong understanding of the female endocrine system, hormones, and common health conditions related to hormonal imbalances.Excellent written and verbal English.Ability to work independently and take ownership of communication and problem-solving.Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or support tools (like Zendesk or Gorgias).Nice to haveExperience supporting fertility tracking, hormone therapy, or reproductive health devices.Personal or professional experience with hormonal health topics.Experience using Mira or similar devices.DetailsThe role is a remote position, with a 20-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.ResponsibilitiesSupport Mira users by providing accurate, clear, and empathetic information via email, chat, and social media.Help users understand hormone fluctuations (LH, E3G, PdG, FSH, etc.) and their impact on the bodyAnswer questions related to fertility, irregular cycles, PCOS, perimenopause, and other hormonal concernsCollaborate with our product and clinical teams to troubleshoot user issues or escalate when neededTranslate complex hormone science into easy-to-understand explanationsDocument conversations and trends accurately to help improve support workflows and contentContribute to the knowledge base and FAQ materials based on real user needsBenefitsYou will work with a dedicated, highly-engaged, international team of professionals who are passionate about helping couples and individuals start their familiesWe have a fast-paced and collaborative work environment where we encourage open communication, ownership, and independenceIn addition to a competitive salary, we offer a performance-based bonus system based on OKRWe provide professional development opportunities - training courses, workshops, and seminars
