You will also gain expertise in the F1 visa application process to offer crucial support to our international candidates.Your role will be pivotal in identifying top candidates and suggesting improvements to our departmental processes, ensuring a student-focused approach. By steering students through their admissions journey and incorporating their feedback, you will enhance our recruitment strategies, boost operational efficiency, and develop standardized procedures that streamline our processes.You will work closely with the Admission Department Manager to implement strategic initiatives, making a significant impact on the success and growth of our Hospitality Academy.RequirementsEducational Background:A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, International Relations, or a related field.A master’s degree or additional certifications in admissions, student services, or a related area is an advantage.Experience:Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in admissions, student recruitment, or a similar role within the education or hospitality sector.Experience working with international students and understanding of visa processes, particularly the F1 visa, is highly desirable.Experience in customer service or client relations is beneficial.Skills:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students and their families.Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills for evaluating applications, assessing qualifications, and making informed admissions decisions.Organizational Skills: Superior organizational the institution’s admission criteria.Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted documents.Data Entry and Management:Input and maintain applicant information in the admissions database.Track and update the status of applications throughout the admissions process.Engage with Prospective Students:Respond to inquiries from prospective students and their families regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and application status.Provide information and guidance about programs, campus life, and other relevant details.Follow-Up and Support:Assist applicants in completing their applications and provide support throughout the process.Schedule and conduct interviews, campus tours, and information sessions as needed.Liaison with Departments:Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid, academic advising, and housing, to ensure a seamless admissions process.Coordinate with faculty and staff for application reviews, interviews, and other admission-related activities.Event Participation:Participate in recruitment events, open houses, college fairs, and other outreach activities to promote the institution and attract prospective students.Maintain Accurate Records:Keep detailed records of applicant interactions and application progress.Ensure all applicant data is securely stored and complies with privacy regulations.Generate Reports:Prepare reports on application statistics, trends, and outcomes for review by the admissions team and senior management.Ensure Compliance:Adhere to institutional policies, accreditation standards, and legal regulations related to
