Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).Your missionAttend up to 15 F1 races per year and serve as the hospitality point of contact for guests, partners, internal stakeholders and managementHost and support team partners and VIP guests in both the team’s own and VIP hospitality areas during race weekendsCoordinate event and hospitality operations, including the preparation of all relevant documents, reports, schedules and briefings before and after each racePlan, organize, and oversee the daily event operations during the race to ensure seamless execution and high service standardsSupport and coordinate trackside experiences such as garage tours, meet & greets, and pit lane walks etc.Support the accreditation process for guests, partners, and team staffContribute to other Live Experience events off-track as neededYour profileUniversity degree in one of the following fields or a similar qualification: Hospitality and Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, or Business AdministrationMin. 3+ years of experience in Hospitality & Event Operations is expected (preferably in motorsports or sports)Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments is a plusExcellent project and event management skillsPro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environmentsStrong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences and always positive attitudeWillingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficient in standard office softwareFluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
