As Hospitality Business Developer for the North-East region, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Christofle’s presence within one of the most competitive luxury hospitality regions. Your objective will be to accelerate the brand’s integration across premier hotels and resorts, private clubs, and fine dining establishments. This position requires a strategically minded professional with extensive knowledge of the North American hospitality market, strong industry connections, and proven ability to influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.KEY RESPONSABILITIESRegional Market StrategyConduct market analysis to identify trends, key openings, and opportunities within the North-East USA hospitality sector.Develop, execute and deliver a targeted strategy to establish Christofle as the preferred tableware partner for luxury hotels, restaurants, and private members’ clubs in the region.Client EngagementCultivate and manage relationships with top decision-makers (hotel owners, hotel representative, general managers and procurement leaders).Partner with clients to design bespoke Christofle solutions aligned with their property positioning, guest experience ambitions and Christofle’s strategy.Product Expertise & TrainingAcquire deep expertise on Christofle’s collections, craftsmanship, and innovations.Provide engaging training sessions for hospitality teams to ensure flawless presentation, care, and storytelling of Christofle creations.Project ManagementLead the end-to-end implementation of Christofle projects across regional hospitality accounts.Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless deliveries and exceptional client service.Brand Advocacy & NetworkingRepresent Christofle at regional industry events, trade shows, and hospitality forums.Identify and activate partnerships and collaborations that enhance Christofle’s visibility and influence in the North East luxury market in coordination with local team.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSProven experience in luxury hospitality, ideally with strong exposure to the North-East market.Established network across high-end hotels, fine dining, and luxury real estate.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple regional projects.Willingness to travel frequently across the North-East corridor (Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC).EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.Additional certifications in hospitality, luxury management, or project management are a plus.
