Mandatory Skills and Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related operational roles.Strong expertise in MS Office applications.Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).Experience in hospitality with a good understanding or "feeling" for catering services.Ability to coordinate multiple service providers and manage event logistics effectively.Highly organized, structured, and able to multitask with attention to detail and deadlines.Stress-resistant, flexible, and able to work independently.Strong team player with positive attitude, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Discreet and tactful in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
