Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Professional at Hotel Smart Dhumbarahi in Kathmandu. Responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth hospitality operations, attending to guest inquiries, coordinating food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the hotel. The role involves interacting with guests to create a memorable and welcoming experience. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and effective Communication skills for engaging with guests and addressing their needsExpertise in Hospitality and Hospitality Service to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiencesKnowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management to support dining services and guest satisfactionAbility to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional attitude under pressurePrevious experience in the hospitality sector is preferred but not mandatoryGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailProficiency in multiple languages is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous
