This role will lead the coordination and delivery of Host City obligations, ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment across all phases of the tournament.These Are Your Key TasksOversee planning and execution of Host City contractual obligations (e.g., Host City Agreement, Stadium Agreement, Fan Festival, etc.). Coordinate across FIFA26 departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and facilities. Develop dashboards, timelines, and reporting tools to monitor progress and escalate risks. Prepare executive-level briefings and updates for FIFA, Host City Committee, and partners. Lead site visits, readiness exercises, and simulations in collaboration with functional areas. Serve as on-site support during tournament time, managing logistics and command center operations. Foster strong relationships with local authorities, venue operators, and community partners. Always.For all roles, we seek talented people with an entrepreneurial spirit and a global mindset.The Specific Competencies We Require For This Position AreBachelor’s degree or similar higher education in Business Administration, Sport Administration, Marketing, etc. Fluent in Spanish and English5–10 years of experience in project management, event operations, or large-scale, sports/entertainment events. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience working with government entities and international organizations. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
