We are social and charming by nature, creating everlasting memories for our guests. Your Role in Our Story: Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly smile and positive attitude.

Guide guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortable with their seating arrangement. Manage reservations and coordinate seating charts for both reservations and walk-ins. Monitor and manage wait lists during busy times, providing accurate wait times to guests. Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth seating transitions and table readiness. Address guest inquiries regarding the menu, services, and special promotions. Assist in guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary. What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is required, and Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
