You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and online teams to ensure engaging and high-performing live sessions across various platforms, including TikTok and Shopee.The ideal candidate is someone who not only performs well on camera, but also has a strong sense of strategy, coordination, and quality control to ensure each live session meets its objectives.ResponsibilitiesHost live streaming sessions for mom and baby products on TikTok and ShopeePlan and execute live content with engaging product storytelling to drive sales performanceAct as a reference point for livestream quality — ensuring consistency in tone, visual presentation, and brand communicationCollaborate with Marketing and Online teams to ensure smooth and engaging live experiencesProvide constructive input and guidance to improve hosting delivery across the teamEngage with audiences actively through chat, comments, and real-time interactionMaintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during live sessionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in live streaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing — preferably in the retail or mom & baby industryGood attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and on-camera confidence.Creative, energetic, and persuasive personalityHaving exposure to managing live projects or guiding others in live streaming performance will be considered a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office, TikTok Dashboard, or similar tools for reporting and analysis.Sales and target-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara, with a shift schedule (6:1).
