By owning every step of the value chain, we deliver exceptional quality and value directly to customers.Job OverviewThis is a full-time on-site role for a Host Live Streaming located in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for hosting live commerce sessions across our e-commerce platforms.ResponsibilitiesOpen, conduct, and close live sessions in accordance with the run-of-show (SOP).Present product unique selling points, variants, prices, promotions, vouchers, bundles, and usage instructions clearly and accurately.Engage actively with viewers by addressing them by name, managing Q&A, and handling customer concerns (objection handling) professionally.Drive conversions by pinning products, creating appropriate stock and time urgency, executing upsell/cross-sell tactics, and leveraging vouchers and flash sales.Maintain the brand’s tone of voice—friendly, informative, and never exaggerated or misleading.QualificationsMinimum of a Senior High School/Vocational School diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Confident on camera with clear articulation, and expressive facial and body language.Sales-driven, with proven ability to close, upsell, and handle objections courteously.Productive and disciplined, with strong punctuality and time-management skills.
