The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with the kitchen and service staff, providing information about menu items, handling inquiries and complaints, and supporting the overall dining experience. The Host will also assist in training new staff and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience in Training and Food & Beverage serviceSales skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPrevious experience in a similar role is a plus
