Job details below 👇What You’ll DoRespond to emails and live chats from overseas clients.Assist clients with their questions & requests on the vacation rental listings product and ensure quick issue resolution.Support Account Managers in delivering great client experiences.Partner with colleagues and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.What We’re Looking ForExcellent English skills – strong written and verbal communication with fast, accurate typing, error-free responses, and a neutral accent.Experience preferred – 1+ year background in customer service, call center, help desk support, e-commerce, hospitality, or tourism (international client exposure is a plus).Bonus skills – knowledge of SQL & SOAP/RESTAPIs.Problem solver – able to analyze issues, make quick decisions, and provide clear solutions.Tech-savvy – quick to learn new software.Client-focused – able to actively listen, gather information, and understand client needs.Adaptable under pressure – thrive in a growing technology & fast-paced working environment.Flexible availability – willing to work 24/7 coverage shifting system.Flexible location – willing to work in Yogyakarta.You’ll do more than answer questions!
