In this manner, we create a personal connection with our guests and make their visit special and unique.Job Description: As member of our team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a memorable stay. Your role will involve engaging with guests, managing operations, and supporting your colleagues to uphold our high standards.Responsibilities:Guest Engagement:o Welcome guests warmly and engage with them to ensure a positive experience.o Serve coffee, tosti’s, cakes, and cold drinks at our reception-bar-kiosk.Operations Management:o Maintain the operational efficiency of the reception, bar-kiosk, and back office as well as the whole hostel tidiness.o Ensure cleanliness and organization in the bar-kiosk and keep it well-stocked.Guest Services:o Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing professional and friendly service.o Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Reservations and Administration:o Assist in managing reservations and making adjustments to optimize occupancy.o Support senior team members with administrative tasks.Team Collaboration:o Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.o Support and assist team members as needed to ensure efficient hostel operations.Requirements:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
