Casual Receptionist – Roamer BrisbaneWe’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Casual Receptionist to join the front desk team at Roamer Brisbane, our hostel/hotel hybrid in the heart of the city.You’ll be the first person our guests meet, helping with check-ins, check-outs, and making sure every traveller feels at home.Shifts:7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pmWe’re especially looking to fill afternoon/evening shifts (3–11pm) right now.Your main duties will include:Organising and managing bookingsAnswering phone calls and guest enquiriesLiaising with OTAs and handling online reservationsProviding excellent customer service at all timesKeeping reception running smoothly and supporting the rest of the teamWhat we’re looking for:A genuine people person with strong communication and problem-solving skillsPrevious hostel or hotel reception experience would be a huge plusExperience using MEWS PMS is highly advantageousFluency in English is requiredSecond languages are a plus — we host guests from all over the worldA positive attitude and friendly personality are essentialSomeone who’s keen to grow with the team and be part of Roamer for the long runIf you’re organised, love meeting new people, and thrive in a lively, social environment, we’d love to hear from you.instagram.com/roamerbrisbane
