As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless dining experience.Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrivalManage reservations and seating arrangements efficientlyMonitor open dining sections for available tablesEstimate and communicate wait times to guestsAnswer phone calls professionally and handle inquiriesEscort guests to their tables and introduce them to their serverMaintain an organized and up-to-date reservation systemCollaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operationsAddress guest concerns and requests promptly and courteouslyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception areaAssist with special events and promotions as neededQualificationsVocational certificate or diploma in Food and Beverage service preferredFluency in English; Arabic language is a plusPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitalityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBasic computer skills for managing reservation systems
