The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a pristine environment that enhances guest satisfaction and safety.Key Responsibilities:Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, ensuring attention to detail.Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.Respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.Qualifications:Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or cleanliness roles preferred.Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
