Located in the stunning hills of Uluwatu, Bali, our resort offers 14 luxury villas, 22 rooms, a fine dining restaurant, a wine lounge, and a brand-new spa — combining boutique charm with world-class service.About Hidden Hills VillasLocation: Uluwatu, Bali – a vibrant and up-and-coming destination.Offerings: 14 exclusive villas, 22 luxurious rooms, the Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge with over 50 wines by the glass, a wine shop, and a new spa.Vision: Created by entrepreneur and TV personality Max Loong, our resort is dedicated to crafting unforgettable experiences with a personalized touch.Team: A close-knit family of hospitality professionals driven by excellence, integrity, and passion.Your RoleAs our Financial Controller, you will:Oversee all financial operations for the resort, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry (USALI).Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.Manage cash flow, control expenditures, and monitor revenue performance.Supervise the accounting team and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.Oversee Indonesian taxation compliance, including monthly and annual tax reporting.Utilize Xero Accounting Software for bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting.Conduct cost control analysis and recommend strategies for financial optimization.Collaborate closely with management to provide financial insights and strategic business support.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government authorities.QualificationsWe’re looking for someone with:Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Financial Controller in an international boutique resort or luxury hospitality environment.Knowledge: Strong understanding of USALI standards and Indonesian taxation regulations.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Xero Accounting Software and MS Excel.Analytical Ability: Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.Leadership: Strong managerial and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-department teams.Language: Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).Character: Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset with a passion for hospitality.Why Join Hidden Hills Villas?Environment: A supportive, collaborative workplace where your expertise truly matters.Impact: Take a key leadership role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing luxury brand.Location: A stunning, serene setting in Uluwatu surrounded by nature and creativity.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and references to hhvrecruitment@gmail.com and wisesagputu@gmail.com.
