We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new luxury resort in the breathtaking Maldives! As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to join our pre-opening team.and lead daily operations with passion, precision, and creativity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily resort operations—including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Culinary, Spa, Recreation, and Guest Experience—to ensure seamless, world-class service delivery across all departments.Drive a culture of personalized, anticipatory service and attention to detail. Monitor guest feedback channels (surveys, social media, direct interactions) to identify trends, resolve issues swiftly, and continuously elevate satisfaction scores.Lead all pre-opening initiatives including employee recruitment and training, SOP integration, service design, and operational testing. Ensure all departments are fully prepared for the resort’s grand opening and aligned with brand standards.Partner with the Cluster General Manager and Finance team to develop budgets, monitor P&L statements, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities across departments. Implement strategic plans to achieve profitability targets while maintaining brand integrity.Inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse, multicultural team of hospitality professionals. Foster a positive work environment built on respect, empowerment, and accountability. Support succession planning and continuous learning initiatives.Uphold the resort’s brand promise through continuous quality checks, training programs, and guest touchpoint audits. Guarantee all departments consistently meet or exceed 5-star luxury service standards.Ensure all operations adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines. Champion eco-friendly initiatives, local community engagement, and sustainable practices aligned with the resort’s values and Maldivian environmental standards.Maintain transparent and proactive communication with ownership, regional offices, and external partners. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and business results.Anticipate and manage operational risks or guest-related incidents with professionalism and composure. Develop and implement contingency plans for emergencies and natural events common to island environments.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury resort or 5-star hotel management, preferably in island destinations.Proven experience in all-inclusive or lifestyle luxury concepts is a strong advantage.Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.Strong understanding of guest experience trends, sustainability practices, and modern hospitality technologies.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Pre-opening experience highly desirable.
