Hotel Onboarding +Support Agent

HyperGuest is looking for a Hotel onboarding Agent to join our team in the Philippines!As a Onboarding Agent in Hyperguest Platform, you will assist our new customers to solve configuration-related needs in order to set the hotel's online distribution within our systemWe are looking for someone who is Self starter and looking to make a major impact in a fast growing company.The position requires working on morning/evening shifts, including occasional weekends.Responsibilities:Set up hotel's profile based on Department's guidelinesServe as a primary contact for customers during the Onboarding processHospitality/Travel experience- Must!Provide insights to our business customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer baseImplement customer support software toolsPromote a "customer first" environment at all timesCommunicate with customers worldwide through video calls, online chat, and emailsUnderstand customer outcomes and analyze customer needsAchieve high Customer Satisfaction and retentionRequirements:3+ years customer success experienceExperience in implementation of customer support software tools – A mustExperience from Travel Tech/Hospitality/Online travel industry- big plus!Experience is solving technical troubleshootingProven track record of working in a customer-facing roleExcellent English both spoken and written – A mustKnowledge and experience with hotels reservation and Channel Manager systems – A plusStrong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insightsPassionate to provide great service to customers worldwideAvailability to work in shifts including occasional weekends.
