Job Description

What you will do?Monitor the quality of properties to ensure they meet our standards.Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage properties.Analyze business performance and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals.Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs.Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.Requirements:3-5 years experience in Hotel Management, Account ManagementAbility to supervise operational team in Star rating HotelA bachelor's degree is required, with preference for those in Hospitality,Tourism, or related fields.Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal department and property staff.Analytical abilities for business performance evaluation and long-term planning.Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Fluency in written and spoken English will be point plus
