Hotel/Resort Manager – Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Resort in the MaldivesWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel/Resort Manager to lead all aspects of a luxury boutique-style all-inclusive resort located in the pristine islands of the Maldives, offering world-class experiences in an intimate, serene setting. The resort is committed to excellence in service, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.The ideal candidate will have international hospitality experience, preferably with remote island resorts, and a proven track record of managing luxury properties independently. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational expertise, and exceptional people management skills.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, including international experience.Proven experience managing remote island resorts is highly preferred (Indian Ocean experience will be preferred).Comprehensive knowledge of all hotel operations, including Food & Beverage, Rooms, Spa, and Activities.Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote location.Excellent financial acumen and ability to drive profitability.Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Key Attributes:Strong leader with the ability to inspire and manage a multicultural team.Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering world-class guest experiences.Flexible, resilient, and adaptable to the challenges of remote island operations.Innovative and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa & Wellness, Recreation, and Guest Services.Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and guest-centric service.Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and exceptional stay. Handle VIPs, guest feedback, and resolve escalations efficiently.Develop and manage budgets, control costs, optimize revenue, and ensure profitability. Monitor KPIs and provide regular operational and financial reports.Ensure high-quality F&B operations including restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, and banquet services. Maintain standards for presentation, hygiene, and service.Manage front office, housekeeping, and concierge services to maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.Maintain operational standards across all departments, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand reputation.Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Compensation: US$5000 Net (per month – negotiable) + service charge + international insurance + all other expat package including housing, etc.If you qualify for this position, please send your current resume and cover note to Yasmin Khambatta at yasmin@renardinternational.com and Pina Mercuri at pmercuri@renardinternational.com
