Girls Program DirectorHoulagan LacrosseReports To: Club DirectorLocation: Hybrid, both work from home and Epping, NH office.Travel: Required (including weekends based on event calendar)Build the Standard. Lead the Movement.Houlagan Lacrosse is more than events and teams, we are educators, mentors, and culture builders. We are looking to build something special on the girls side of our organization, and we’re looking for the right leader to help drive it.The Girls Program Director will shape the vision, elevate the experience, and set the standard for what girls lacrosse programming looks like at Houlagan Lacrosse. You see opportunity and shoot!What You’ll Lead:Girls Program Vision & GrowthBuild and expand girls programming in alignment with Houlagan’s mission and standardsDevelop authentic relationships with youth and high school programs in target marketsIdentify trends and proactively create innovative, relevant programmingDrive club participation through trusted relationships and reputationOwn the curriculum, design it, teach it, and train others to deliver it at a high levelServe as Event Director or recruit and lead coaches who embody the values of Houlagan LacrosseEnsure every player interaction reflects professionalism, energy, organization, and excellenceOversee communication with families and coaches to ensure clarity and consistencyManage uniforms and gear to reflect pride in the Houlagan brandTravel Team LeadershipIn partnership with Club Directors and staff, you will:Recruit and evaluate players across all grade levelsGuide families through development and assist in recruiting conversationsBuild meaningful relationships with college coachesDevelop curriculum that prepares athletes for every levelLead on-site operations at tournaments and seasonal eventsEvaluate players with clarity, honesty, and developmental focusSupport staff growth and accountabilityWhat Matters Most:Strong existing relationships in the girls lacrosse communityClear understanding of the college recruiting landscapeCoaching experience at the high school and/or collegiate levelHigh standards for communication and professionalismAbility to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detailComfort balancing strategic thinking with hands-on executionBachelor’s degree preferred (not required)Why This Role MattersThe Girls Program Director will directly influence:The experience of every athlete in our girls programsThe strength of our brand in the girls lacrosse spaceThe growth trajectory of Houlagan LacrosseThe culture our coaches and families experienceThis is an opportunity to leave a legacy within an organization that values growth, standards, relationships, and long-term impact on the lacrosse community.Our CultureAt Houlagan, we value:OwnershipEnergyAccountabilityProfessionalismDevelopment over shortcutsTeam-first mentalityWe work hard.
