This role suits someone who enjoys keeping things organised, thrives on detail, and takes ownership of their work. You will be coordinating information between the sales, estimating, drafting, and construction teams to ensure every file is accurate, compliant, and ready to progress.What you will be doing:Manage and maintain house and land package documentation from creation through to contract stage Use builder software to site houses correctly on each lot and ensure all designs meet developer and council requirements Liaise with developers, sales consultants, and internal teams to confirm pricing, inclusions, and site details Prepare and review contracts, variations, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance Keep CRM and internal systems updated with current lot information, pricing, and marketing details Follow up on key milestones and approvals to make sure timelines are met Assist with preparation of sales packs and marketing materials when required You will fit in here if you enjoy working in a structured environment, like having ownership of your files, and are happiest when things are accurate, on time, and running smoothly.To be successful, you will need:Previous experience working for a residential builder or developer (essential) A solid understanding of land and building contracts, estates, and developer requirements The ability to use builder software to site homes and interpret estate guidelines and plans Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confidence using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office A proactive attitude and the ability to communicate clearly across different teams This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected company that values its people and has stood the test of time in the industry.
