We are seeking an experienced and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household.Job Title - House Manager - Private VillaSalary Range Offered – AED 15,000 – 20,000Work Location – Dubai UAE (residential villa is Jumeirah Bay Island)Employment Type - Permanent (On-site)Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a House Manager or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality.Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate staff.Knowledge of property management, event planning, and household budgeting.Familiarity with smart home technology, security systems, and other household management tools.Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are essential.Key Responsibilities:Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and manage household and property staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.Property Management: Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of properties, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.Budgeting & Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and coordinate private events, gatherings, and functions, ensuring seamless execution.Travel Arrangements: Manage travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for family or executives, both domestically and internationally.Security & Confidentiality: Ensure security measures are in place and maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and professional matters.Grocery Shopping & Inventory Management: Oversee household shopping, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
