Role Description: Architectural Draftsperson (Full-Time, Adelaide SA)We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Adelaide with flexible work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate must be available for in-person meetings and collaborative discussions at our Adelaide studio.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural designs and high-quality construction documentation. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local council to ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into buildable solutions. Manage multiple residential and townhouse projects simultaneously. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of professional experience in multi-residential and townhouse design. Proficiency in Revit for architectural documentation is essential. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and documentation standards as per ABCB. Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of local building codes, planning policies, and council requirements.
