JOB SUMMARYThe Housekeeping & Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. This role involves performing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring rooms and common areas meet high hygiene standards, and handling laundry operations such as collecting, sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens. The attendant must demonstrate attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency while providing excellent service and supporting the overall cleanliness and smooth operation of the facility.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or a related field1–2 years of experience in housekeeping and/or laundry operationsStrong cleaning and laundry skills, including sorting, washing, drying, and deep cleaningExcellent physical health, personal hygiene, and ability to perform manual tasksPositive attitude, professionalism, and good communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a teamJOB RESPONSIBILITIESClean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and common areasChange linens, make beds, and restock room amenitiesVacuum, dust, mop, and perform deep-cleaning tasks when requiredCollect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and store laundry and linensInspect linens and rooms for stains, damages, or needed repairsMaintain cleanliness of housekeeping and laundry areasHandle cleaning equipment and chemicals safelyReport maintenance issues or missing items promptlyFollow company hygiene and safety standards at all times
