After developing our lifestyle & entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today’s lifestyle needs.We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant for a new residence in Seminyak.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum High School/Vocational School, majoring in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Tourism.At least 1 year of experience in Housekeeping Room/Public Area, preferably in a 5-star hotel.Fresh graduates are preferred if they have completed OJT or Daily Worker (DW) experience in a 5-star hotel for at least 6 months.Knowledge of standard procedures for cleaning and sanitizing rooms, bathrooms, linens, and public areas.Able to use chemicals and housekeeping equipment correctly and safely according to HSE/SOP; able to perform project cleaning.Understands waste management procedures.Skilled in room setup (bed making, amenities, layout according to hotel standards).Knowledge of safety and security procedures (lost & found, HSE, emergency).Basic knowledge of linen handling and laundry.Able to coordinate and cooperate with Housekeeping Supervisor, HK team, Linen & Laundry staff, GRO, and Engineering to support smooth operations (MEP functionality, defect reporting, lost/broken items).Observant of small details such as amenities, linen spots, and lost & found items.Able to provide friendly, polite, and professional service to guests, meeting their needs quickly and accurately.Reports facility damage, guest lost items, or potential hazards in rooms/public areas to the Supervisor.BENEFITS:Basic Salary (nett of tax).BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan.THR.Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT).Free Parking (1 motorcycle or 1 car).Annual Leave.1 Meal per shift.Replace Day Payment (for substitute days off).Extra Off (if working long shifts).To apply for these exciting positions, simply send your CV to recruitment.townsquare@gmail.com and use the subject line [Your Name] - [Desired Position]or visit: https://bit.ly/TownsquareGroupJobHiring
