Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Colombo for a Housekeeping Attendant. Responsibilities include maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, handling laundry services, and ensuring all assigned areas are neat, tidy, and well-maintained. The role involves collaborating with fellow team members, addressing guest needs promptly and courteously, and consistently upholding the hotel's commitment to exceptional service. Additional duties may involve assisting with training initiatives for housekeeping procedures and adapting to dynamic operational needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Laundry operations and upkeepStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team membersExcellent Organization skills to manage tasks efficiently and maintain consistent cleanliness standardsExperience or capability in Training related to housekeeping procedures is an advantageHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solvingPositive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environmentPrior experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial
