As a Housekeeping team member you will work closely with other departments to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests. The team consists of a multicultural and inclusive set of coworkers, which include some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry - who take great pride in their work. Responsible to clean assigned rooms, bathrooms, common areas, corridors and other designated areas, with high quality and within an assigned time. Follow daily routines, with a high degree of accuracy Report damages, faulty inventory or other immediately to your closest manager and maintenance department. It is expected that every team member works continuously toward the predefined goals for the department, and that you are familiar with them. The position requires shift work (week days, evenings and weekends). It is expected that every team member stay updated on the hotels fire and safety routines. Actively contribute to the work environment.
Have a good dialog with the reception via the internal system, ALICE and google hangout. Be a good ambassador for the hotel and STRAWBERRY, and to help guests and colleagues by being resourceful. Make sure to be uniformed correctly, in line with internal guidelines. Take good care of our building, colleagues and guests. Team members can be expected to perform other tasks if the work requires it.
