Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager located in Phnom Penh. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. The role involves managing laundry operations, supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include hiring and training new housekeeping staff, managing inventory and supplies, and communicating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing a teamExperience in Laundry operations and housekeeping servicesExcellent Customer Service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectivelyStrong Communication skills for coordinating with staff and other hotel departmentsExperience in Hiring and training new staffAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred; further education in hospitality or management is a plus
