The role will provide support to the Housekeeping team through coaching and training initiatives. This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis.The key responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include:Conduct daily briefings with the staff to keep them abreast of day-to-day requirements such as turn-arounds, deep cleaning and areas requiring special attentionManage the work environment as the team work in line with the desired instruction and systems that are in placePrepare cleaning schedules for the return of all carriage cabins, lounge and restaurant carriages from rolling stock operations, ensuring the teams operating rhythm is planned and organisedMonitor the quality of linen and record and report any identified issues for supplier resolutionReport maintenance faults, damage to furniture and fittings in all areas of the hotelBe a part of exciting pre-opening project for the Lodge, opening in early 2026About YouAs well as loving what you do, you are passionate about delivering service beyond from start to finish.
