About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team and support multiple clients simultaneously. In this role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions across a variety of accounts and industries, ensuring each client's books are accurate, organized, and up to date. Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients, each with unique processes and needs Record daily financial transactions (sales, expenses, receipts, payments) Maintain general ledgers and reconcile bank and credit card accounts Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and follow-up Prepare standard financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements Support month-end and year-end closing for all assigned clients Collaborate with controllers, accountants, and external stakeholders as needed Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with accounting standards across clients Maintain clear and organized documentation for each client file RequirementsQualifications:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a client-facing or multi-account setting Proven experience in the hospitality industry with Hotels (Required) Comfortable juggling priorities and managing deliverables for multiple clients Proficient in accounting software (e. g. QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
