As our customer base grows, we are expanding our onboarding team to make sure every new customer gets the right start, one that builds trust, removes friction, and sets them up for long-term success with us. This is where you come in. We are looking for a Junior Onboarding Manager to support our SMB customers through those early moments with structure, clarity, and care. What You'll DoManaging multiple onboarding projects at the same time, each with clear goals and timelinesGuiding customers through technical setup and keeping everything on trackOwning the full onboarding experience for SMB customers from kick-off to go-liveActing as a reliable and proactive point of contact throughout the processImproving onboarding workflows and documentation to help us scale and continuously improveWhat You’ll Bring2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, implementation, or support rolesStrong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple customer projects at onceExcellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindsetFluency in English (other European languages are a plus)A structured and disciplined approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlinesA natural curiosity for technology and confidence using it in your day-to-day workA growth mindset and a continuous learner, with a strong sense of ownershipHands-on experience with M365, G-Suite, SCIM and SSO is a strong plusLocation and SalaryThis role is based in our Helsinki headquarters.

We work in a flexible hybrid model and hope you will want to visit the office weekly. The monthly base salary for the position is €3300–€3800, depending on your skills and experience.
