About VSMCVSMC is a joint-venture 300mm semiconductor wafer manufacturing fab in Singapore. We are building a team of committed, resilient, and passionate professionals to power the next generation of devices and systems.Role SummaryThe HR Operations will oversee and enhance HR processes to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of VSMC’s workforce in a dynamic, start-up environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management:Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs.Manage international mobility and relocation support for overseas assignees.Administrative Operations:Handle staff badge issuance, carpark permits, and other employee access needs.Coordinate housing, temporary accommodation, and office setup logistics.Employee Engagement & Welfare:Support employee welfare initiatives and grievance handling.Organize company-wide events such as annual dinners and communication sessions.Process Improvement & Compliance:Develop and maintain SOPs for HR operations.Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.HR Systems & Reporting:Maintain HR records and systems.Provide decision support through HR metrics and reporting. Qualifications & Experience:Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.No experience is requiredStrong communication skills in English (written and spoken).Meticulous, adaptable, and able to work independently.Experience in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.Personal Attributes:Analytical and problem-solving mindset.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
